Question : host web server behind the router?

Hi guys! Happy New Year!
I am trying to setup a website on my PC ,using my own Static IP, ( from AT&T Broad band). I am using cable modem and a Linksys DSL router. Here is a tricky, (I believe so), I use the Lan from Cable modem direct into UPLINk port of the router, then my 4 PCs insert into 1,2,3,4 port, they work find and quess what, I got 4 Static IPs for those 4 PCs.
Before this, I have only one external IP for my family internet using from AT&T.
The bad thing is, I dont know that much about Network Tech, so have to use Lockdown 2000 to monitor my web server which face to outside always. but I still get many stranger's hacking, though I can kick them out, but, I will not stay in front of my PC day and night. So I changed it back, From cable modem into Wan , then my PCs and web server use 1-4 port.
the question is, how my website on my server still can be seen from out side of my little home network. ( now my PCs are all have a 192.168.1.XXX IP, they are internal IP).  and with what S/W?

Hope to hear from you soon,

Happy New Year!
