Question : Cannot connect with remote desktop

I have Windows XP Pro SP2 and my wife has Windows XP Home. When I attempt to use remote desktop I get the following: Desktop Disconnected - The client could not connect. You are already connected to the console of this computer. A new console session cannot be established.

I can ping her 192.168.1.4 address and access her files using My Network Places. I have enabled remote desktop on her machine. Our router is a Netgear MR814V2 connected via cable.

you can't connect to XP home with RDP, you can do remote assistance request.

on another note, that error is from my knowledge ONLY given if you attempt to connect to yourself.  Are you accidentally trying to connect to yourself?
