Question : Network maping tool?

Hello all,

I am looking for a tool that helps me chart the network. The bigest problem is this networks has a lot of switches and routers. And if I do it by hand it wil take more then a month.

Thats why I am hoping there are tool out there that chart it and put it in somting like a visio chart that I can edit.
