Question : DNS query access failed - MS IT Environment Health Scanner

I ran the MS IT Environment Health Scanner as I was not familiar with it and thought it would be interesting to know if it returned any errors, which it did.

The error it has returned is DNS query access failed for DNS server "server.domain.local"

The server in question is not a DNS server and is on the same subnet as the others.  I have never had a problem referring to it by name or ip, does anyone know the exact test this is failing, and how to resolve it??

Could it be that this server is being specified as a DNS server somewhere incorrectly? Maybe in a DHCP scope? Or as an NS record in your DNS zone?
