Question : Call Manager AD LDAP Directory: Duplicate Entries
This seems like it should be easy, but I can't find a solution.
We are using Cisco Call Manager 6. We setup a new LDAP directory (System -> LDAP -> LDAP Directory) for the directory on the phones.
The new directory was added alongside an existing, and now there are duplicates of everyone in the corporate directory. We removed the new one but it left behind the duplicate entries.
How can I remove them?
Answer : Call Manager AD LDAP Directory: Duplicate Entries
uncheck enable syncing from ldap server box and save it then go to user managment>end users then delete all the users.
