Question : One way Remote Desktop

I have a network with two locations, main location will be HQ, and location B. I have windows 2003 servers at each location, AD is at HQ, and several xp pro workstations below them. the two locations are conected through a VPN using watchgurd boxes.

I am able to Remote desktop to either server from any pc at both locations. from the HQ i can rdc to any computer at both locations, but the problem i am having, is that i can not RDC to any pc at the hq location from location B.

I have I am wondering if there is any ideas as to what i might try to solve this problem.
