Question : Automatically save event viewer logs

I am managing 20 servers, I do not want to log-on every server and copy the event viewer log files, I want a system where I can automatically reach the event viewers of the servers and save the log files. It is not important if the servers automatically report to one centralized server or if they both save them locally and then copy it to one share folder.
What do you suggest to achieve this goal?
