I'm not entirely clear on your question. Were your network pc's able to ping outside the network before you started trying to implement VoIP? Did it stop working when you tried to implement VoIP? How are you implementing VoIP?
I disagree slightly with netmage. While correct that you need more than DHCP to connect multiple computers to one internet connection, I don't feel that ICS is a good solution. Yes, it works, but I've always seen it cause more problems than it solves. Not to mention the fact that if the computer sharing its connection ever goes down, the rest of your computers won't be able to access the internet until it's back up. One halfway decent SOHO router will work much better. Just my opinion.
If you do go with ICS, you should disable the tfpd32 DHCP service you're running since ICS provides that functionality (to a limited extent) automatically and the two combined will undoubtedly produce frustrating results.
Out of curiosity, are you trying to implement VoIP to go outside of your network/office? I'm not very familiar with the technology, but my understanding is that you have to be able to go through a PBX somewhere that will translate your digital signal into an analog stream that can go over normal telephone lines. If you're trying to keep this all internal (no phone calls outside of your network) then this may not be the case. Someone else will have to fill in the holes on that one.
