Question : cannot reach the destination

I cannot reach this link.
https://portal.hpd.global.reuters.com

From other networks it is fine.
I have no routes or permanent routes created.
On my firewall also nothing is created.

Where is the problem ?

Answer : cannot reach the destination

tracert -d the address. for example:
tracert -d portal.hpd.global.reuters.com and see if it times out.
ping it to see if you get a dns resolution. (should be 192.165.211.1)
run "ipconfig /flushdns" from dos to clear out your dns cache
ping it again and see if it comes back to the same IP
try
reuters.com
