Question : Not able to access few websites.

I seem to be having a problem connecting to a specific IP address that belongs to Network Solutions (205.178.145.65). On the other hand, another IP address that belongs to them works just fine (205.178.146.73). I can't seem to figure out why this is happening as I am not able to access any site hosted on that IP address as well as not being able to upload / download anything from the web server.

Other information:
OS: Windows XP Pro SP3
McAfee Total Protection - Firewall, Virus, etc...(Have allowed FTP Ports)
Windows Firewall - Turned Off
Location: India
ISP: Bharti Airtel

Also, when I checked the IP Address from my New York Desktop it seems to be working just fine. I connected to it using Remote Desktop Connection. I even called Network Solutions to find out if they are blocking specific IP Addresses and they have denied it.

Hope someone can help me resolve this problem. I feel that it's a problem with either the firewall or the router.

Answer : Not able to access few websites.

This problem has been resolved with the help of my ISP. I had sent their technical team a screenshot of the TRACERT from Command Prompt and then they were able to make all necessary changes.
