Answer : WebSphere Plugin

ok, from the "Version 6.0" table
- Select "Windows", which takes you to a page showing
6.0.2.37: WebSphere Application Server V6.0.2 Fix Pack 37 for Windows platforms
- Scroll down to the table that shows the specific items, and find the row that identifies the specific hardware being used
  e.g., "32-bit x86 AMD/Intel Plug-ins"

* This is where it gets a bit more involved.
- Click on the "FTP" link in the penultimate (next to last) column
- Read the Terms and Conditions (T & C)
- If you accept the T & C, click the "I agree" link
I had to cancel the automatic download, and then try the link again in a new window in order to get to the URL associated with the file in question
- I removed the trailing portion of the URL to get to:

  ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/software/websphere/appserv/support/fixpacks/was60

- I then looked in the "cumulative" subdirectory
- Then the "cf6002"
- Then the "Windows" subdirectory
- To find the
   6.0.0-WS-WASPlugIn-WinIA32-FP0000002.zip

- Unzip the file to a temporary folder
- Use the instructions in the "readme_updateinstaller.pdf" to install the update.
