Question : how do i make mirc go throu a proxy server?

i know about proxies, how to find how to check them and to see how good they are.
i want to know how I configure mirc to go thru a proxy of my choice. I have but given up doing it with the mirc configuration. what I want to be able to do is use some external program that i can direct mirc to go thru (like programs go thru a firewall before connecting to the internet) and that program to be able to use specified proxies(free public ones).
i am talking mainly about regular proxies cause socks are harder to find.
how do i do it? how do i make mirc go trou a proxy with an external program..?

Also I think ViRoy gave you enough information to proceed from there and you have no reason to get angry at him, he's trying to help you, so I suggest you listen to him or you ask more information, lines like "can you do me a favor and put me on your ignore list?" won't help you getting a solution.
