Question : GSM - Tracking

I have been recently getting allot anonymous phone call on my Mobile, though the caller does show his/her Mobile No. when calling

I really would like to trace the caller & locate the caller location, can anyone guide me on how to do this ?

And that's the same to mobile phones from others. If you're really stalked, I should ask the local police for help. They can track this phone calls.
