Question : Networking: Load-Balancing

Hi,

1) This is related to Networking
2) Would you explain related to "Load-Balancing"
- What does it mean? (Is it the same as RAID?)
-Any written Tutorial for this "load-balancing"?

Answer : Networking: Load-Balancing

This is built in feature in Windows 2003.
Configuration is simple but not very intuitive... It works best if your servers have two network cards.
