Question : windows live internet connection error

I am trying to set my PC up as server to a new Samsung LCD TV using "SAMSUNG PC share Manager" and I am continually getting the error message "Your request cannot be completed because the Windows Live ID service could not be found or did not respnd." when trying to share folders. I have unloaded anything I had that had live ID but the problem still persists.
Please help I am running windows vista
