I get this error when booting nt. How do I fix it

Answer : ntoskernl missing

There is a program called NTFSPRO that will allow you to boot from floppy and have access  to DOS type commands in NTFS. You can then copy the damaged files to the appropriate subdirectories. The Website is http://www.sysinternals.com/ntfspro.htm
