Question : too dispatching messages and can not send email

Dear experts,

I have problem with domino server. It have too dispatching messages and I can not send email to internet. But i can send internal email.

Answer : too dispatching messages and can not send email

I Hope I got you right ... you are not able to:

On the IBM administrator ==> Messaging Tab===>  open the two Mail.boxes ...
if the Mail.boxes are huge and you are not able to do any thing about them . you can do the following :

1- Have a downtime for the server .
2- on the server console type ( q)  the serve will be shut down .
3- on the root\domino\data rename ( Mail.box1 and Mail.box2) to any other names
4- Start  Lotus Notes server .
5- two new mail.boxes will be recreated

Notice,,, you have to becarefull that all the emails queuing in the old mail.boxes will be gone and two new empty  mail.boxes will be created.
