Question : What is the meaning of this email bounce back message
Someone outside our office send email to one of our Shaw email address and the receipt cannot receive the email. According to the sender, the error message is as follows:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: Exhibits
Sent: 11/20/2008 4:14 PM
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
[email protected]
on 11/20/2008 4:14 PM
A conversion required for the message to be delivered has been prohibited by the originator
May I know what is the meaning of the error code mentioned above and how to fix it.
Please kindly advise ASAP.
