Question : Configuring URLs to be directed to specific machines within/outside IAS cluster.

We have Oracle IAS 9.0.4.2 configured with 7 Servers. These servers provide services for the entire Organization. However a requirement has been forwarded by the Senior Managers who want certain access for themselves to be handled by those servers which have the best configuration (presently 2 Blade Server).
How do we ensure that a specific URL is directed to specific machines only. We will decide to exclude other users from the Blade Servers, or redirect specific users to these blade servers based on the solutions available.

Not 100% sure how to do this in iAS, but have done it in iAS WebCache...

Create a new "website" in iAS and have it point to the two servers that are "manager-only" servers.  In the existing site, those same two servers can be set to have a lower "capacity" than the other 5 servers that make up what the common-folk can access...
