Question : how can I send messages to another user on a network using the command prompt in start - run?

I vaguely remember that a co-worker sent messages to me through using the command prompt in start - run of Windows. How can I do this?

and make sure that your Messenger service is started and running on your system as well as on the other system to which you will send the message, otherwise you cannot use it! :)
