Question : Watching shows on country restricted websites

Hello

I live in Canada and would like to know if it is possible to change my IP Address so I can watch or listen to Live football on the BBC Website or watch episode of Lost on ABC.  They have country restrictions.   Any Ideas???

OK - I can get the USA Site to work but I am having problems with the UK Site.  If I try any of the proxy settings from the uk ie 158.43.240.11:3128  the internet connections stops working and get the following error

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.google.com/

The following error was encountered:

Access Denied.
Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this time. Please contact your service provider if you feel this is incorrect

Any ideas on how to get this working
