Question : CME error

I have a CME 4.0 setup, it works fine but when I dial a extension I get a message on the router

 %CALL_CONTROL-6-APP_NOT_FOUND: Application telephony-service in dial-peer 2001 not found.  Handing callid 68 to the alternate app default.
How do I solve this issue.
