Question : how to recreate a 1BH record in WINS

I recently had someone in my IT staff manually delete a 1bh record in our WINS server.  Now we need to browse to that network and are not able to see that domain.  How can we get teh domain to show back up when we are network browsing?  What is the process for a server to enter a 1Bh record in WINS.  As most of you know a 1Bh record is a domain master browser record.  I would appreciate any assistance in this matter!

Usually the PDC registers this entry.  Run nbtstat -RR from the PDC to force a re-registration of WINS records.
