Question : CISCO SFP on 3com 3870 Switches

I have bought one 3Com 3870 superstack3 switch and it has 4x SFP ports.
This is my first time that I am using 3Com switch and for this switch I bought two CISCO GLC-SX-MM and Also for SFP for UTP but I am not able to see it working but all 24 ports are seems to be working well.

I am not sure if it is me or I have to buy 3Com SFP's to work with this switch.

Cisco GLC-T SFP
Cisco GLC SX SFP

Please help me to find the problem.

Those Cisco SFP's won't work unfortunately, you'll want to purchase SFP's that were made for the switches that you are using.  Try the following website for more information on model numbers.
