"www.microsoft.com" is not set up to establish a connection on port "World Wide Web service (HTTP)" with this computer.

This message appears everytime i try and diagnose the problem of not being able to connect to the internet on my laptop.

The actual connection works as im using the same connection on a different computer now.
Tried hooking up the ethernet cable to the laptop but that didnt work either.
