The save-to-disk file creation program name is either OVMAKFIL.EXE or PHDISK.EXE. HP has used both, Run the program from a DOS reboot, not from a DOS window in Win98. (To do this press F8 when booting and select "command prompt only" I don't think that the program is in the DOS path, so you will have to search the hard drive (using Find in Win98) for the correct subdirectory. The program automatically creates a correct-sized save-to-disk file on the hard drive, based on the amount of installed RAM. If a save-to file already exists, the program will correctly resize the file. Wait for the program to finish. Reboot the computer using CTRL-ALT-DEL to enable the save-to-disk function. Press the Fn + F12 keys to initiate a save-to-disk operation.

Hope that helps, it's pretty easy to do.
