Question : LCP: timeout sending Config-Request

Hello
I am using Debian 3.0 with a 2.4.26 and trying to dial up with wvdial. It works fine with my ISP-xtra but doesn't with a diffrenent ISP value.net.nz. The error-messoge in syslog is :
“LCP: timeout sending Config-Request”
Is this a commom error ?

It looks like IPCP neg is failing. can you please post your log and lets take a loo at what is going on?
