Question : How to get the port numbers and IP address of other computers in the same network?

Hi Experts,

Is it possible for me to do this: write a program in C++ or C# and run the program in my computer. This program will get and print the port number of other computers is using in the same network, IP address of other computers, and ping other computers after getting the IP address.

This is very urgent, please help. Thanks.
