Question : Dual Nics on Win XP SP2 receiving two lots of internet. Can I set one as a proxy and configure browser?

I have two NICs in a Win XP Pro SP2 workstation. One Nic receives internet from a firewall/router that is also a dhcp server.

The second Nic has an ADSL router/modem/dhcp server attached that receives internet from a second provider.

Currently, I disable/enable each NIC in network connections to receive either of the ISP of choice.

My question is, can I setup one of the NIC's as a proxy, ie fixed ip etc and configure my browser to it rather than enable/disable NIC?
