Question : Moving DHCP & DNS to new DC

I need to move DHCP & DNS from our old DC which is Windows 2000 SBS to our new DC which is Windows 2003 SBS. I have found an Article from MS KB 325473 for the moving of the DHCP. Im pretty confident that this will go smoothly. However I need to move DNS aswell. I have looked up about moving DNS too & when setup, I will use Ntdsutil.exe to move the FSMO. I have never done this before so im trying to get it clear before I start. What I would like to know is should I move the DHCP first or the DNS first. Does it matter & if so why? Also if anyone has any better ways or articles I could look up on how to move both over to the new server I would be much appreciated.
Thanks.

Answer : Moving DHCP & DNS to new DC

First of all the old server is not a part of our domain. It still sits on our network & DNS & DHCP is still running off it which is why I want to move them over. When we put in the new server we changed the domain name & everyone connects to the new domain.
The reason I am not using sbsmigration software is that I didn't know you could to move DNS & DHCP. Is this easliy done with that software?  I've never done this before so I don't know how or where to get the software. Ieew if you think this is the best way could you please let me know?
