Question : DNS synchronization with updated websites

I have a primary and seconday DNS server setup one DC is Windows 2000 server the second is Windows 2003 R2.  I am having a synchronization issue with the outside world.  We have some web sites that were updated and they are not updating within our internal network.  What would be the cause?  I

Hi,

We should go with common problems first (and since you've already done the cache).

Is your Active Directory Domain Name the same as your Public Domain Name (or the public domain you're trying to alter)?

If so, you will need to manually update the changed records on your internal DNS Server.

And one more possibility to consider. Do you use Forwarders? If so, you will get a cached response back from there so clearing your own cache will have little effect. That one will clear after a little time.
