Question : BlackBerry - Illegal device PIN

Hi,

I've got a BlackBerry Enterprise Server running on version 4.1.6.9. One of my users are experiencing that the device stops to pull mails of his mailbox. He's got a Lotus Notes mailbox.
I've got several users with the same setup (IT policy and group membership) on the same server. The Notes replication is fine.
This has happend several times now that his userobject on the BES has status "Illegal device PIN". After activating the device again it works for a short periode of time and then it's the same all over.
Enterprise  Service Policy is disabled on the BES.

Any ideas? Reallly appriciate your help!

Firstly, you mentioned >>>After activating the device again it works for a short period of time and then it's the same all over.<<< So ,, Since the reactivation fixed this problem for some time and this user is the  only one having such a problem . Hence I suggest first of all if it is possible to provide this user with another testing BB for some time and see if the same problem would take place with the testing machine or not ????
