Question : SOmeone is pointing their domain to our IP address....what can I do?

our domain is www.theravive.com  

I just discovered this:

http://www. 3amg. com

I put in a trouble ticket to my ISP and this is what they said:

3amg -- Unfortunately, we cannot force 3rd parties to not point their domain at your IP address. There is no means to stop that from occurring because the nameservers and domain registration is entirely outside of our control.


I am worried that this could hurt my rankings having 2 domains point to the same IP.  
What can I do to fix this?  Anything?   I am on a dedicated server, so I have full control of IIS7 of my domain.

Email the owners of the domain and ask them to adjust their records. Or if they don't respond email the owners of the domain name server.

Personally I wouldn't worry about it. It is really not going to cause any significant problems and will not hurt any "ranking".
