Question : Dynamicaly split bandwidth between internet users on the network using Motorola WR850G

I share broadband between 2 other people in my home..
I have a Motorola WR850G wireless router ( I'm using cables instead of a wireless connection)

My problem is that if someone starts dowloading a large file from the internet everyone else in the house loses the connection.....

What I want is something which will tell the router to split the connection accordingly, i.e if there is only 1 person online give them a full connection, if there are 2 people divide the connection bandwidth in 2, etc.....
