Question : System event Viewer: event 7040

Hello,

For the past week or so,  I have been getting a log of System Events happening around 4 in the morning.

Event Type:      Information
Event Source:      Service Control Manager
Event Category:      None
Event ID:      7040
Date:            5/11/2006
Time:            4:29:17 AM
User:            NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer:      server1
Description:
The start type of the Background Intelligent Transfer Service service was changed from demand start to auto start.

imediatley after that I get another event
Event Type:      Information
Event Source:      Service Control Manager
Event Category:      None
Event ID:      7040
Date:            5/11/2006
Time:            4:29:17 AM
User:            NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer:      server1
Description:
The start type of the Background Intelligent Transfer Service service was changed from auto start to demand start.

then it goes back to
Event Type:      Information
Event Source:      Service Control Manager
Event Category:      None
Event ID:      7040
Date:            5/11/2006
Time:            4:29:17 AM
User:            NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer:      server1
Description:
The start type of the Background Intelligent Transfer Service service was changed from demand start to auto start.


this happens for about 3 minutes, just flipflopping between demand start to auto start.  This happens about 500 or so times.

any ideas as to what is going on?
