Server does not respond for some time and the router than routes many messages and its then fine.
I checked the notes log.nsf but I am not able to trace the problem.

How can I check what causes this problem.

What are the tools available that can tell me whats the problem.

I would upgrade to R 6.5.5 with Fix pack 1 ( the latest before R 7.01 )

Do you have an IBM passport account ?

You will need that or contact IBM directly, depending on your Maintenance agreement.

The upgrade itself is fairly trivial if you are at R 6.5 already.
