Question : Printer error on AIX when trying to pirnbt

I am receiving the following error when trying to print on an IBM machine

Printer Support Not Installed

Type or select a value for the entry field.
Press Enter AFTER making all desired changes.

These are the setting I have for this device on another AIX Machine that works as well as this machine

Use smitty to install printers.* packages. Report if still no go.
