Question : Rejection from recipient's email server (Microsoft and Craigslist)

I have moved my DNS and Mail server to a new subnet.   from 83.x.x.x to 88.x.x.x
Now I cam getting these types of messages.   I am not sure how to proceed.
I have two public DNS servers that have the following info.

Forward Lookup Zone -  domain.org
(same as parent folder) Host (A) 88.x.x.x.

Your ISP typically owns your IP address space and is typically responsible for your RDNS.  I would call your ISP, and see whom is actually managing these records and have the appropriate RDNS records added.
