How to connect Cisco callmanager to gatekeeper from www.gnugk.org ? Which registers gateway throught user name and password. Where Could I set that things on Callmanager?

Well I personally don't think this is possible. I've had a look around in Call Manager and can't see that this would be possible. Do you have a support contract with Cisco? Maybe give them a call and see what they say... although I doubt they would help with what you need to do.
