Question : Websphere command to create a server within a profile

How do I create multiple servers inside the APPsrv01 profile.

Ex.
APPsrv01
 -server1
 -server2
Can this be done on the same physical server. I have a 16GB server and I want to split up applications into its own server in websphere.
