Question : Out of Office Assistant does not work!

I have one user whose Out of Office Assistant quit working. It is not the Office installation because I just gave him a new machine with Office 2003 and we get the same trouble. I have logged onto another machine with his information and it still does not work. I have Windows XP on his new station and he had W2K on his old one. The Exchange server is 2000 patched to SP 3. Solution?
