Question : Apache upgrade from 1.3.34 to 2.2.13 on HPUX B.11.11

Any recommendation for this upgrade, I found many problems after the upgrade:

After I upgraded to Apache2.2.13, my site is returning 401,
problems with SSL connections ,
We have upgraded Apache from 1.3.34 to 2.2.9 version.
The virtualhost configuration used in 1.3.34 is not working in
2.2.9 and the configuration is as follows
