Question : "Your interactive logon privilege has been disabled"

We're getting this message when a user is logging on to her normal desktop computer. WinXP client on a Win2003 Server domain. I've checked the local security settings and no groups are in "deny logon locally." I can remote into the PC and log on. I'm stumped and the main network admin is skiing in Tahoe right now.
