Question : Wireless connection problem

Hello

I am having trouble keeping my wireless connection on my home network.  I have a linksys wireless G router with WEB turn on.  There is one other wirless computer on the network which does not have the steady connection problem I am experienceing.  I have a Dell 8600 inspiron, full signal strength and no 2.4 Ghz phones near by.  The wirless card is a dell true moble 1300 WLan Mini-pci.

Any help is much appreciated.
 

Answer : Wireless connection problem

1/. Have you tried updating all firmware and drivers on both cards and access points? Even if other cards aren't having a problem I would still do it.

2/. So what is your average signal strength and quality? Does it bounce around a lot or a little?

3/. How far are you away from the AP?

4/. So the conneciton works but drops out a lot? Do you broadcast your SSID? Or is it set invisible?
