Question : regedit logon script

i want to run a a *.reg file when my logon script runs it changes the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders
so that my documents looks at H:\ when certain people logon  
i tryed using "regedit /s" this doesn't appear to work are there other ways the way "regedit /s" doesn't even seam to edit the regedit when i logon

No the workstation will pickup the policy automatically (and can't be (easily) stopped by users.  If you were using W2K workstations as well then Group Policy would allow you immense control over them - installing apps, changing settings like these - all from "Active Directory Users & Computers" but since your not then you'll need to use POLEDIT and create .POL files.

Never used ME for other than testing purposes so haven't looked at policies with it but probably do a search on the CD for poledit.exe and/or *.ADM for any additional policy templates.  Other than you can probably use the Windows 98 poledit.
