Question : internet incoming email delay problem
Hi,
I have a question about our incoming email delay.
this does not happen all the time, say: I sent serveral emails from homtail to my company addres, one took 6 minutes, one took 40 minutes and the other one sent from inbox.com took over an hour to reach me. but serveal other internet emails came in on time, about 2-3 minutes.
I do not know why sometime inbound email is normal and sometime is slow.
the outgoing is good, take about 2 minutes.
we are using exchange 2003 sp2, with smtp relay on secure computing sidewinder firewall. the internet browsing seems fine.
does anyone have some idea, or know how to trouble shoot this issue?
I attach a internet head below...
thanks a lot!
Robin
