Question : 407 Proxy Authentication Required

Hi guys,

A small number of my users are being constantly locked out and I believe it is being caused by the ISA server which is working only as a proxy server. It also has Websense Enterprise installed.

Error 407  authentication is required.

I have changed their setting so that they are currently by passing the proxy and all seems fine for the moment, only a matter of time before they pull the  GPO settings down again.

Answer : 407 Proxy Authentication Required

ISA Causing the issue. This is being removed and we are moving our internet filters to an alternative service. Error hasn't happened since.
