Question : ADSL technolohy meeting

Hi guys,

Simple one. In an adsl 2+ connection, if you have too many users doing uploads and maxing the 1mb up load, will that have an adverse affect on download speed?

Not totally fine because to upload the user receive too information from her peers ;-)
