Question : need to open ports 8080 & 8087 on ISA server 2000

I just changed my web hosting provider to Ipowerweb. I am having problems accessing the portion of their site that is used to create my web site. They said that I have to open port 8080 & 8087 to access "vdeck". Can someone please give me step by step instructions on how to open these ports. I believe 8080 is open as that is HTML. But I am having problems opening 8087.  Also, is there any other known usage for port 8087? And if I open it will it leave my network vulnerable? I would like to open this port only for usage with Ipowerweb.

it looks like you're going to have to use the script to accomplish this... since the web proxy service is hijacking all of the http traffic and proxying it for you...
