Question : Where are the logs?
If you go to Preferences/User - there is a check-box: Enable Logging. This is for troubleshooting the Cisco IP Communicator voice issues. Where does this logging go??
Answer : Where are the logs?
You have to first generate an error report by running the Error Reporting Tool (Start > Programs > Cisco IP Communicator > Error Reporting). Click OK when prompted.
You can retrieve the error report from My Documents > Cisco IP Communicator
